We may share this information with other 3rd parties in order to fulfil our contractual obligations under our building works contract, we Do Not sell any of your personal data to 3rd parties or use any of your personal data for marketing purposes, when taking payments via cheques (Starling Bank Limited) we are in effect sharing your personal data with these 3rd parties, we also share your personal data with our accounting software partner Xero Limited for our accountancy purposes.
● We store both physical and digital records throughout our contact with you. We store this information securely with our software partners on their platforms in the case on digital records. All physical records are stored in our secure archive. Any information is securely destroyed 6 years after our last contact with you.
